Integrated Appointment Scheduling: Reduce missed appointments and improve client adherence to treatment plans with the CaseCX scheduling tools. Care team members will be able to schedule, view and set reminders for upcoming appointments.

Seamlessly leverage the full enterprise capability of SchedulingCX in combination with CaseCX to take advantage of: 

  • Virtual Appointments: Provide on-demand and scheduled virtual appointments to clients and others.  SchedulingCX comes with an off-the-shelf integration with Teams and Zoom for ease of scheduling both virtual and in-person appointments through the CaseCX portal.  

  • Coordinated Calendar Management: Coordinate the schedules and manage capacity for the entire  organization. Create and manage clinics, appointment types and lengths with the full features of our enterprise scheduling tools.

Reporting and Analytics: CaseCX provides reporting and analytics capabilities, allowing  organizations to track client outcomes, monitor utilization, and identify areas for improvement.
