COVID-19 vaccination mandate deadlines are here
STARTING TODAY: Healthcare facilities in 24 states must comply with the Biden administration's COVID-19 vaccination mandate
Per CMS, 24 states covered by the Jan. 13 Supreme Court decision to uphold the agency's mandate must ensure staff have received at least one shot, have a pending request for an exemption, have been granted a qualifying exemption, or have been identified as having a temporary delay as recommended by the CDC, by Feb. 14 That means your tracking, verification, opt-out methodologies and everything in between are now required for Healthcare workers in the following states - click here.

Organizations will need to store and report proof of vaccination for all vaccinated employees and begin testing unvaccinated employees weekly – beginning February 14th, 2022.
All records of employee vaccinations, exemptions, and weekly testing must be stored in compliance with HIPAA, the ADA, and a myriad other federal regulations. Notably, you cannot store any of this information using the same system used for other employee files.
VaxManagerCX is your all-in-one solution to manage vaccinations, testing, and religious and disability exemptions among your employees. The software-as-a-service platform is easy to use, easy to setup, and fully HIPAA and ADA compliant.
