Wait List Management
The Eceptionist Wait List Management solution is a powerful tool that organizations can use
for managing wait times, waiting lists and waiting list reports. The Eceptionist wait
list solution can be used on a stand alone basis or it can work in conjunction with other Eceptionist tools. Eceptionist's
wait list solution has been designed and built around the model of nationalized healthcare.
The wait list functionality works in a way such that every time a patient
is placed on the waiting list, a unique wait list record is created. Everything that is wait list related
within Eceptionist is centered on this wait list record. It is this record in which the patient wait process
is managed. Some of the items that can be managed within each wait list record are included below.
- Unique Wait List ID
- Patient
- Service Request Date
- Preferred Service Site
- Service
- Priority
- Deferred/Not Deferred
- Wait list Suspension Periods
Organizations can also manage all of
the reports associated with keeping waiting lists. Some examples of these reports include.
