Eceptionist's Organ Case Manager gives organ procurement coordinators the ability to quickly create detailed
Organ Donor Records. These detailed Organ Donor Records allow doctors and transplant surgeons to make quicker
and better decisions about the suitability of organs for their patients.
Given the hectic environment in which organ procurement coordinators work, Eceptionist offers two options
for collecting information: Collecting the information over the Internet through the web based Eceptionist Organ
Case Manager or collecting the information through Eceptionist Lite. This second option utilizes a client based version of Organ
Case Manager that allows coordinators to quickly collect information offline and then synchronize with the web version
of Eceptionist Organ Case Manager. Eceptionist Lite is typically used on laptop or tablet PC.

Via the Internet, the Eceptionist Organ Case Record is accessible worldwide 24/7 by all of the different
participants in the case management process – regardless of the participants location.
Because it is a multi-angle platform, Eceptionist permits simultaneous users to enter data that is instantly available
in the record to all users. Moreover, to facilitate worldwide use, Eceptionist is localized and programmed to factor language,
time zone, date format, and other related issues.
Furthermore, Organ Case Manager provides invaluable reports – as each case action can be audited and tracked – improving the
accuracy of per case cost information.
