Bed Management
The Eceptionist platform supports the management of beds and any of the resources that are managed in conjunction with the beds.
With Eceptionist’s Bed Management tools, organizations are able to define their bed resources on a per Site basis. For
each bed that is set up within Eceptionist, organizations are able to define all of the specific parameters and accessories
that are associated with a particular bed (e.g., Private, supports certain types of equipment, wheel chair accessible,
and nurse supported, etc…). In Eceptionist, it is easy for users to assign and unassign patients to a particular bed.
Eceptionist makes it easy for organizations to keep accurate data with respect to bed availability. This
accurate data along with Eceptionist’s portfolio of reports make it easy for authorized users (both inside and outside the
organization) to have a snapshot view of what resources are available at a particular Site. Eceptionist’s Bed Management tools
work seamlessly with other tools in the Eceptionist family.
