In use around the world, the Eceptionist platform can operate as a standalone
system or it can be integrated with existing legacy-based systems like Electronic
Patient Record (EPR) systems, PAS Systems, etc... The platform is very flexible
and can be implemented to support one or multiple activities (e.g. scheduling) and
services across one or multiple departments and/or facilities or clinics.
The Eceptionist platform gives users the ability to manage the standard demographic and
clinical information but can also be used to manage medical images (e.g. DICOM, JPG, etc.)
studies, notes, diagrams and drawings. A record within the platform could be related to a
scheduled activity, a clinical case, a clinical care pathway, a store and forward event or
all of the above.
The Eceptionist platform can be implemented to support and manage the following activities,
