E-CEPTIONIST BEGINS HIGH PLAINS SERVICE
Houston, Texas – E-Ceptionist, Inc. has signed an agreement with the High Plains Rural Health Network, a comprehensive health care program encompassing four states and twenty hospitals, and will begin providing the E-Ceptionist® Internet based scheduling service to the Network, the company announced today.
E-Ceptionist will allow twenty hospitals located in Colorado, Kansas, Nebraska and Wyoming to schedule appointments with specialists over the Internet in real-time and allow for the management of the e-health process between the general practitioners and specialists, thereby reducing the waiting period for such appointments and delivering higher quality specialty care to rural areas in the Network. The service will also allow rural sites to sign up for educational programs and administrative conferences.
“E-Ceptionist allows the Network’s patients greater access to specialty care by scheduling their appointments over the Internet in real-time,” said Steven Mecklenburg, Chairman of the Board of High Plains Rural Health Network.

High Plains Rural Health Network is a comprehensive health care program encompassing twenty hospitals in Colorado, Kansas, Nebraska and Wyoming. The Network delivers specialty and subspecialty care to historically underserved areas in those states. Headquartered in Brush, Colorado, the Network provides interactive video conferencing technology to deliver specialty medical care, continuing medical education, and administrative business services to member hospital facilities throughout the region.
